The reason being the BMW headrests tilt forward from the top and the MKX dont tilt either way! My mercedes tilted as well, but from the bottom, which I always hated (traded it a while ago for the MKX ) Anyone have suggestions out there for head rests that tilt forward but from the top like a bimmer?
