No-K Posted October 2, 2019 Report Share Posted October 2, 2019 So I picked up a 2014 Edge on July 4th 2017, must have been a lease vehicle cause it only had 18K miles!! Sweet ride and runs great, but now with a little over 70K miles the buttons on the steering wheel will only scroll down through the menu items, selecting OK will only make it scroll down again. The right, left and up arrows usually only scroll down. This is the case for both sets of left and right arrow and OK buttons. Today the cruise control buttons would not activate the cruise and I didn't test the phone buttons but I will when I go for food in a few minutes. It seems all the buttons on the steering wheel have stopped working properly and quite suddenly. I did a master reset the day before yesterday and disconnected the battery cable for 20 minutes this morning, no change. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
