TheresaM Posted February 14, 2020 Report Share Posted February 14, 2020 I purchased a new 2020 Ford Edge in November. The screen went black on day 4 but would come back on a random times. Ford has replaced it twice now and the first computer had a factory reset. It is out again and back in the shop for a pin point test. Curious if others are having issues with black screens.
