Ramon Posted August 9, 2021 Report Share Posted August 9, 2021 Hi all, I have the 2011 Edge Sel (secondhand. Since I acquired it, it came with the detail.). The knob on the central control doesn't work when I want move up or down the vol (no screen shows any alerts or movements.) all have the same vol (radio, bluetooth connection, calls..) the volume button on the wheel does not work, but only that, the voice command, the set button are working. Mykey is enabled but It does not have any restrictions, if so, you could lower the volume but not raise it to the maximum, I think so. Nor can I modify any settings that have to do with audio on the screen. If someone knows what is happening and can explain it to me, I will appreciate it.
