Monte Posted April 8 Report Share Posted April 8 Okay I have a 2014 Ford Edge sel na 3.5 that had bad water pump. Change the main chain oil pump water pump not the camshaft chains. Also use Hold On Tools. Long story short the crankshaft is at 3:00 not 4:00 when I pull the chain off. So new chain links don't line up. So can I put the chain back on spin till cranks lined up 4:00 position. Being I didn't change the back chains and the cams never move. Cuz obviously I messed up and it needs to make more rotations to get back at 4:00 that being said the cams have to make the rotations too or could you do them individually.
