royakeith Posted July 24, 2009 Report Share Posted July 24, 2009 Does anyone have this problem: My instrument lights seem really dim. I turn them all the way up to dome light on and back a touch until dome light goes off, but on a cloudy rainy day when I use driving lights I can't read the speedometer. The message center and radio displays also dim quite a bit. The dealer says I don't have a problem. I tried the calibration routine in the owners manual but that made no difference. The manual also states that the message center and radio displays do not dim until full darknes occurs as per the dashboard light sensor.
