My previous car had seats that would fold up and go forward. With small children its hard to keep stuff out of there. Can the seats come out? If so is it easy to do? I don't think so unless you unbolt them. I'm sure the last vehicle you had with flip up seats had a 3rd row and that feature was for 3rd row access.
