Robert Burke Posted March 16, 2011 Report Share Posted March 16, 2011 Got into my 2011 Ford Edge Limited to drive into town and notice no volume out on radio? No volume out anywhere?! Stopped by Ford dealer and their service department did a cold reboot of the system. How? They disconnected the battery and then it booted back up and then it worked fine. Apparently there is a temperature related problem with the audio system and the software has a bug in it. This has happened on other Sync cars and Ford is aware of the problem.
