I tried to go online and download the software installer software, but the "help desk" wasn't too helpful & tole me I had to go into the dealer and flash the hard drive. marcw Posted May 27, 2011 Report Share Posted May 27, 2011 the update button is for syncmyride.com where three is a way to upload a new version of the software yourself. There reason for "file not found" was you did not put the latest update file on your usb. Before you go do this, don't. It does not do anything. From everyone elses post, only upgrades are done though the deal. Not self install. "theOtherOne" I have no idea what happened to your maps. Did you touch the sd card? curlysir Posted May 27, 2011 Report Share Posted May 27, 2011 There have been some Owner install updates, these are usually minor updates, I have downloaded and installed several. Lately, there have only been dealer installed major updates. If you have not done so go to syncmyride http://www.syncmyride.com/Own/Modules/SupportContent/SupportHomeWithIOP.aspx and register and check back occasionally for updates.
