  1. I just complete programming a fob using the procedure in the manual. Took at least 6 times before it worked. I finally set a clock with a second hand on the dash so I could get the timing just right.
  2. Pennman36 I found my other key fob after I had ordered one from E-bay actually an hour after I had ordered which was alright because now I have another backup fob. Followed your programming instructions and it worked after maybe six tries. Still not sure what I finally did to make it work. Thanks for the info.
  3. Thanks penman36. I did see those on Ebay but I only have one fob so I need to see if the dealer will program that fob from Ebay. I am happy to hear that fob worked for you. I don't have remote start and noticed many of the fobs on Ebay are for remote start. Thanks for the help.
  4. Thanks for the responses. I went to the dealer today and was told the following. $150 for the fob. $50 for a key for the fob and $50 to program the fob. I told them I was going to think about it. Hoping the other one shows up.
  5. I have a 2015 SEL Edge without remote start. I need to purchase a replacement key fob and wondered can I program this myself or does the dealer have to do it? I found instructions for other ford 2015 produces but nothing for the Edge. Thanks in advance for any help.
  6. Thanks Rick for the feedback. I will be giving them a try myself. I probably will turn off the daytime driving lights after install due to the shortened life expectanncy of the ultra bulbs but I really want the improved lighting at night. Thanks again.
  7. Looking at installing sylvania ultra silverstar headlights to improve low beam preformance. Is anyone using these and are you happy with their performance?
  8. I had the TSB done a couple of weeks ago and have noticed no change in mileage. I also have not experienced the original problem so far.
  9. I am afraid I never ended up talking to a tech at the dealers. I think if you could get the little cubby drawer out you might be able to get at it. I am afraid of breaking the drawer so I gave up for now.
  10. Experienced engine shut down after making a right hand turn a couple of days ago. Same symptons as others with accessory power on displayed. Called dealer they said no outstanding updates for my car or tsb's. I gave them the tsb number and they aggreed to preform it for me. Hope it does the trick.
  11. Thanks for understanding the question. I am going to the dealer Monday about something else and see how they do it. I like to know how to get at these fuses if and when the need arises. Probably never need to access these fuses but it would be nice to know how just in case.
  12. The owners manual says it is left of the steering wheel and removing the flat trim piece may be necessary and makes no reference on which piece that is or how to get it off. Thanks for the help.
  13. How do you access the fuse panel in the dash to the left of the steering wheel?
  14. Just got the front set and the rear cargo mat. Fits perfect only thing I noticed so far the drivers side mat is really hard to get out due to the two hold down posts. They grab on to the mat and don't want too let go. Hope they loosen up over time. They really are not necessary the way the mat fits so well on the floor well.
  15. Thank you for the information. That works great. I had tried blocking that sensor with my finger but must have not had good enough coverage. I used some black tape and it works great.
