  1. Mine usually fogs up a bit with temperature changes. If it is hot out and I wash it the light bar and tails will have some fogginess on the inside of the lenses... likewise during winter the exhaust will cause the tails to fog up if it idles long enough. Warm exhaust + chilly outside temp will result in foggy tails until they warm up.
  2. I got mine here. They really do come close to matching the "signature" LED's in the bumper.
  3. It's a matter of personal preference. I put LED's in my 2015 Sport's DRL spot, they match the signature lights and really make the front look mean. I wish I could have them on in Park, too!
  4. My God that sounds horrid! I've had 2 2.7 V6's and neither has done that noise at all. Run back to the dealer STAT
  5. The cooled seats are supposed to cool the back as well as the butt. If yours isn't take it in for the TSB.
  6. My first 15 Sport was bought back by Ford. The replacement, also a 15 sport, didn't have the homelink. I asked if they could just take the homelink out of the first sport and put it in the new sport. They did but I wonder why there are so many without homelink. My first sport also was missing the middle light bar - it had a non-lit SE/SEL taillight in the middle but had the correct outside taillights. Weird.
  7. I sometimes think I'm the only one who genuinely loves the foot-activated tailgate. I never use my remote unless I already have it in my hand.
  8. My cousin's Cruze (I know, I know not at all a Ford Edge) does the same thing in regards to being slow to update the outside air temperature. The solution was in finding the logic behind when it updates: I wonder if the Edge has similar logic built in.
  9. A friend of mine has a 2015 Fusion and noticed his remote start doesn't turn on the heated mirrors but does turn on the rear defrost. Tested it with my 2015 Sport and mine also doesn't turn on the mirrors. You'd think they would be on with remote start if the rear defrost was on.
  10. Every time a change is made to it Sync must relearn everything on it - it does not have a starting point. If the device has a different set of files on it than it originally recognizes it has to index it. It isn't an issue with Sync, all USB players in vehicles would reindex.
  11. Unfortunately that was the Sport that ended up getting bought back from Ford. They never closed my case for service since it kept acting up and would end up back at their service department within a day or two of them handing it back. They never released any records to me about all the work that was done since Ford bought it back before everything could be closed. I could always ask the service advisor next time I am in there for a copy of what all was done.
  12. I don't know if this will be a huge help, but my first '15 Sport did not come with the middle light bar from the factory. When I questioned service about this and they realized I wasn't pulling a fast one they pulled the tailgate panels off and found that not only did I get an SE/SEL middle light bar (with no light) but there was also no wiring for a light bar. They said if there was wiring for the light bar they would've swapped a working light bar from another Titanium/Sport on the lot into my car to get me on my way. But they said in SE/SEL's there is no wiring for the middle light bar. They had to get the proper wiring harness and a light bar and then install them. They may have been just been blowing smoke, but I figured I would share.
  13. My first 15 Sport came from the factory without the light-up middle light bar. It took quite a while for me to convince the dealership that I wasn't trying to get something for nothing when I took it in to get the proper light bar.
  14. If I remember right mine was built in February of 2015. One other 'defect' from the factory was that the rear light bar on the hatch was one from an SE or SEL ... it did not light up. I've noticed other Sports and Titaniums online that appear to have the incorrect middle light bar, as well. I know that isn't related to the issue but thought I'd throw it out there.
  15. This is almost exactly what was happening with my 2015 Sport. Ford ended up buying it back - but only once the owner of the dealership got involved. The first Sport stumbled while accelerating (I called it "blips" in accelerating) among other things. It left the service manager at my dealership stranded so they knew I wasn't full of it. My replacement Sport has been problem free thus far though.
