I'm hav I'm having the same problem. It seems the only solution is to take your ford to the dealer for a full rewrite of the MFT system. Haven't done it yet though.

What Phone for MFT Text to voice?

I have a Samsung G Note 2. It works great with text and actually shows contact pictures on the MFT system!!!!
