KC, looking at a clearer pic of the light pipe it does look pretty nice.

kc, the lights nice and bright with the light pipe, but it's only my opinion, I do think it still looks better without it. I feel as if there is too much going on with the light pipe and doesn't give that clean OEM look, like when you have it without the light pipe.

Bring it back to the dealership where you bought it, they will either fix it or replace the head liner. That gap seems to be on quite a few of the sports on this forum.

I immediately thought of your lights, and I think I will do mine exactly like yours. Looks very simple but has that Mercedes type of look when they are on.

I saw a Mercedes last it was behind me for a while and I was looking at the way the DRL's on that were, and they look just like yours when lit up.

Ask Dingo he seems to be pretty good with that stuff, he's helped me with a few questions.

It would be a cool idea to see if a CNC shop could fabricate some metal gears to work ithe motor.

I'm here in NY and I know a dealership here that has 2 white ones on the lot still with plastic on them. Before you buy the car inspect the headliner by the windshield on the passenger side. A few people including me have found a small gap there and the dealer should fix that for you before delivery.

There is a thread on the forum where a guy shows how to fix and maintain the Vista roof. I will try to find it and put a link to it here for you.

I used to all this stuff myself, but with work and a 3 year old daughter that needs my attention all the time I had to surrender and let others do my work. I'm as anal as you Dingo, I like attention to detail.

And I put in a lot of overtime!!

What are you asking about the the paint feed or the trigger? I have to go downstairs and pull it out of the box. If I remember right, the trigger was dual action and the paint feed was like yours but I don't remember if it had the bottles.

Yes I know how much they cost, I usually always do some sort of mod to any car I have. I never see that money back but it's for my own enjoyment of when I have the car. My speaker and amps that I usually do in my cars are ridiculous!! My wife doesn't care as long as the check from work is for everything else and my overtime money is for me to play with.
