I spray some WD-40 on a rag and then wipe, followed up by soap and water.

I realize this is a revived older thread but it has me curious as my ’13 Limited does not have turn signals in the mirrors. Only have 301A package and not collision avoidance etc. Anyone know what options the turn signal mirrors are included on?

I think the VIN is created as the vehicle hits the assembly line. I hope you have better luck than I. I was told the same 4-6 week song and dance and received it 13 weeks later. Ordered mid October and received in January, hopefully things are more on schedule now. Good luck.

Not sure of additional savings of Z plan over X but know that the X Plan saved me over $2,000 on our Limited a few months ago. This was a bonus as we didn’t even know about it when we began looking at the Edge. Add the $3,000 worth of rebates at the time and the $750 Private Cash that I learned about on this site (you guys rock!) and it all added up to a heck of a discount off of MSRP.

I realize a different discount structure but I recently used the X Plan and recieved both $1,500 Ford rebates offered at the time, in addtion to the $750 Private Cash that I found out about on this Forum. Ended up being over $6,000 off of the '13 Limited!

Any way to track new vehicle delivery using the VIN? Build date on 11/19 and was told first of December, and then lately "it is en route" Was hoping I could find out for sure using resources other than dealer.

Has anyone purchased a black emblem off of EBay? I am Ok with Ford remaining chrome and the background being black. Will go with the black/ chrome contrast that I am trying to achieve with the rest of the vehicle.

Congratulations Alex! We ordered our Limited om 10/23 but have not recieved a build or ship date from the dealer yet. I think I will be calling them tomorrow! If I may ask, I am interested in the same warranty & from my research here & online i expect to pay around $1600, is that in the ballpark for what you paid? I understand this varies by Region & dealer but want to be prepared for what they might try to charge me. Thanks
