  1. Ya it did include sales tax, not sure exactly what the percent was. I got them down to $24,300 and was given $4500 for trade in so taxes, title and everything came out to $1,549. Handed them the keys and title to my old truck, as well as a check for $21,349 and was given the keys and title for my new edge and I couldn't be happier considering that sticker was $29,985 like I said earlier.
  2. Got my '13 SE for $23,800 brand new before the $4500 trade in on my truck, drive out after tt&l was $21,349. Sticker price was $29,895 so i'd like to think I got a pretty good deal on mine
  3. I purchased my 13 edge se going on about 2 months now and since its the se model I didnt get the factory remote start. I was wondering if anyone has any feedback on putting an aftermarket alarm with remote start on it? I had a viper with the remote start and 2 way key fob up to a 1/2 mile and was looking into getting the newer version with a range of 1 mile. I was wondering if anyone has done this or known someone who has, im trying to go this route since I work at best buy i can deal a great price on them and install is relatively cheap for employees so it wouldnt be me installing. Any feedback would be great.

Im terrible with photoshop so my execution of some ideas are non existent but I think something along the lines of having the old to new would be neat. Something along the lines of front passenger side showing front and along the side, than flip to the back showing same kind of angle. Im looking at the first pic in cellbines post, that kind of angle. Doing the first gen with the first two pics on the left, the middle showing something of the interior. Than making the way across to the new gen interior and the same kind of angle of the exterior on the new gen. Thats just my two cents and I think may be neat.
  5. I was just thinking the same thing as you wannabang.
  6. I have been trying to decide if I want to install a sub in mine. Ive seen that theres kits available to hide them in the rear space on the passenger side panel, has anyone put something in theirs and not had a custom install, just like sitting in the back behind the seats? I ask since I previously had a crew cab truck and the sub I purchased is a slim kicker 10" with a truck box included. Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with something like this as opposed to a custom order setup.
  7. Thanks kc300c. Ive already got a laundry list of mods I want to make happen now im just waiting for funds to be available. First on the list is lighting, HIDs outside, LEDs inside and some DRLs. Just waiting for the funds to get in and I plan on making it happen. Loving the new Edge and all the help on this site, Thanks again.
  8. Took me a little bit to figure this out when test driving mine, used to an 03 frontier that had the indicator lever stick in place up or down until I turned, had my edge for 2 and a half weeks and still trying to get used to this one always going back to the neutral position after I use it.
  9. This may sound dumb but which kit did you purchase? Bulb type and all. I previously had converted my old vehicle to an hid kit and now am stuck on them. This is the first upgrade im wanting to get done but keep seeing different info about bulb type. My only other concern was the style of the head lamp. In my old truck it was different but im looking at the lamp on the edge and its got a completely different look to it, just wondering if it was as simple with the plug and play like the last time or more mods have to be done than just simply buying the hid kit and installing. Thanks in advance
  10. As someone thats new to here as well I have spent quite a bit of my free time looking into some new things to do to mine also. I have found a few online at various websites but continue to go back to this site http://www.daytimebrightlites.com/Daytime_running_lights.html From what I can see its by far the best available and I plan on getting them myself as soon as I free up some funds to do so. That and converting all the bulbs to leds as well as either getting an hid kit or something new for the headlights. I think its the best your gonna find anywhere in my honest opinion.
  11. I have a few friends who have them and love them. I previously owned a 03 Nissan Frontier crew cab and liked the feel of a higher vehicle rather than a car. Growing up in Texas, having a truck was instilled in me at a younger age haha, yet I didnt want another truck as I never tow or haul anything, plus wanted better gas mileage. I also became tired of people using it a their personal trash can. I started looking heavily into suvs as they are more practical for everyday use and since im getting older having the "cool" car wasnt so much of a deciding factor. So getting input from them and being in theirs all the time grew on me and I started to love em, there was no convincing me otherwise, so I called a few dealers around and got a hell of a deal that I couldnt pass up and needless to say I ended up taking one home 2 weeks ago and havent been happier since. This saturday will be 2 weeks and I have yet to use the tank that the dealer put in it before I left, im pumped about the gas mileage so far and just everything about it. I got the base se model and if im not mistaken the only upgrade was the sync system, I was always under the impression that sync came standard, as this is what I was told by a dealer, but did see a few that I looked at that didnt have it.
