  1. So after swapping the T-bar tail light, does it need to be programmed to work?
  2. Guys I want to add the signature lights to my SE trim which doesn't have those. Does anyone know if the SE trim is pre-wired for those lights to be attached or I have to run wires and install a switch?
  3. Did anyone checked on their own SE/SEL trim for wiring for the tailgate light? Is it pre-wired or not?
  4. I am driving a Ford Edge SE trim with V6 AWD built in May 2015. So far so good, but I have started noticing some vibrations/noises from the plastic trims. It could have started due to millions of potholes on Edmonton roads and I drive about 60-70 KM's everyday. This is my first Ford and hoping it doesn't give me much grief down the road.
  5. Right, I checked with them. Nothing yet for 2015. But my question is, if I get the OEM LED's, is my SE trim prewired for those and I will just plug the connector to the lights or I will have to run new wiring? Yes, these are the lights I want to hook up for now. Thanks Vadimus
  6. Ya, the LED lights. I understand that they are probably not useful, but the black plastic covering in place of those LED's look very ugly. So I was wondering if the SE trim would have the wiring in place for those lights or I have to run wires. I am thinking of installing those for the time being until there are cool ones available.
  7. Before I bought my alloys from PMC tires, I called their customer service and asked about these steel rims. They told me that these wont fit on the 2015 Ford Edge. Its a glitch on their website. Thats why I bought the Alloys from them. https://winter-tires.pmctire.com/enw/touren-tr60-5x108-114-3-noir-mat-machine-matte-black-machined-18x8-offset-deport-40-72-6.tire
  8. I have the base SE model. My winter tires handled pretty good after the storm too, but the road noise is annoying.
  9. Well I have seen Ford Edge with those lights here in Canada and also on the ford.ca in the explore features section the Titanium model is shown with the lights. Check this link: http://www.ford.ca/crossovers/edge/?gnav=header-suvs The picture of the titanium trim shows the bumper lights.
  10. Hey all, I am wondering if someone installed OEM/after market lights on the front bumper of the 2015 Edge SE model. SE trim doesn't have the lights on it from Factory. I want to know if there is wiring already in-place to hook up those lights or no wiring on the SE trim? Any information would be appreciated.
  11. I just bought these winter rims for my 2015 Ford Edge: https://winter-tires.pmctire.com/enw/touren-tr60-5x108-114-3-noir-mat-machine-matte-black-machined-18x8-offset-deport-40-72-6.tire I will be getting those installed on 1 winter used Dunlop winter tires this week.
  12. Is this issue with all the 3.5 l engines? I have only about 700 KM's on my 2015 Edge. I dont know if the PCM has been flashed or not.
  13. Well I had bad experience with newer turbo vehicles actually- Acura RDX and a 2012 Mitsubishi Ralliart. You can call it my luck I am not mechanically inclined but I make sure all maintenance is done as per the service manual. I drive about 30000 KM's a year usually. I am thinking of keeping this Ford Edge for about 6-7 years. So I opted for V6.
  14. I test drove 2.0 EB and 3.5 V6 Edge. I have owned turbo cars before and maintenance gets expensive after the KM's racked up. I would advice people buying the EB version to get the extended warranty. Turbo engines go through kinda torture internally and make sure to do the oil changes on time. I bought the V6 AWD. Personally I felt 2.0 was trying too hard to give the power/acceleration so wasn't smooth. V6 sounds and is a much more smoother ride. Only thing I am pissed off about is unable to find Cheap Winter Rims for the 2015.
  15. Ya, I have searched and searched. Cannot find the steel rims for this anywhere. I have ford explorer 2014 rims with almost brandnew winter tires on it, but cannot use those I might be ordering the Touren TR60 if cannot find anything cheaper: https://winter-tires.pmctire.com/enw/touren-tr60-5x108-114-3-gris-gunmetal-gunmetal-18x8-offset-deport-40-72-6.tire
  16. The rep confirmed the TOUREN TR models would fit fine. Those are the cheapest Alloys they got.
  17. Hey Kurt, I just called them. DON'T ORDER the steel ones. Its not gonna fit. Its a glitch in their website.
  18. Good to know about the aftermarket sensors. I would have ordered there Now I will just get it from Ford.
  19. Also, they claim to have steel rims too: https://winter-tires.pmctire.com/enw/steel-wheel-18x8-5x108-65-1-40-noir-black.tire
  20. @Kurt this is the website I found those wheels: https://pmctire.com/en/ After adding TPMS sensors, it was around $900 Canadian for the set of 4 wheels. That is the cheapest I could find. This is a Quebec company so there is no Duty.
  21. I feel the same. I would have bought a different vehicle too if I had known about this before. Well I found a wheel online which is for about $150 each, but I am not sure if it will fit. They are claiming it will fit on 2015 Edge.
  22. I am in the same situation. Due to the bigger brake rotors and shoe, none of the rims I have tried fit. Even 2015 OEM Escape rims didn't fit on my 2015 Edge which is pissing me off. What is the cheapest solution for rims?
  23. I have 17 inch Alloy Rims from 2015 Ford Escape. Will those fit 2015 Edge? I know for sure the bolt pattern on my 17 inch rims is 5*108. But I dont know if the brake will cause issues??
