  1. update, going into 2023, my seat must have broken in and now it doesn't bother me. I have a whopping 11,000 miles on nit now.
  2. My tri[p to Ashville got cancelled due to Covid and never was rescheduled by Ford. They could have at least sent me the care package i paid for.
  3. During Covid in 2019 , my son and i were driving to the coast through NC and there is a section of country road miles long and straight as an arrow, anyway, he was driving his X5 BMW twin turbo v8 and I was doing 130mph trying to keep up with him. My hood looked like a NASCAR car hood. It was wrinkling and bending etc. I don't know how much more the car had in it , but I still had plenty of pedal left.
  4. Be careful and check what you are buying. I don’t deal with Costco but I was buying from Sam’s Club. I checked the date on the Mobil one bottle and found I was buying 6 yr old oil. I checked later at the store and still they were selling old oil. I can’t remember exactly but I don’t think it was rated for newer turbo engines. I go to Ford now and buy Ford fully synthetic for a tad less than $6 a quart and if you buy filters not in a box but just wrapped in plastic they are around $4. I guess bulk filter is how they are listed. I buy for a 2013 F150 ecoboost , 2016 F350 6.2 and a 2020 Ford Edge St. so I buy a lot when I go.
  5. My drivers seat hurts my ass/hips after driving a couple hours. The passenger seat seems not as bolsterous as the drivers. Anyone else having any issues ? i'm not a big person, 5'6", 189 lbs, 33" waist but I am 56 years old and I guess my hips don't like being squeezed together. i thought about buying a set of Lincoln seats. That would be cheaper than loosing my ass on a trade. I've only got 1800 miles , so maybe the seats will break in, IDK.
  6. Man, you guys need to have a beer and get over this" what it has and what it has not". I have been driving performance cars all my life and this little 2020 Edge St is a hoot to drive. Its not about the numbers and times, its about does the car tickle your ass when you drive it. I traded an 2014 Audi Q7 with all the bells and whistles in on my Edge St and the Edge is much nicer and quicker. I know about fast suv's, I also have a 2016 BMW x5 v8 twin turbo and as soon as I get some miles on the Edge, I'm going to see how they stack up against each other. In fact i went to buy my wife a new Lincoln but loved the look of the black St with the brake package. It doesn't compare to her GT Mustang, but for a little suv, its perfect in my book....and that my friend is all that matters.
  7. No, but I just bought my wife an Edge ST and we will we attending the event. I haven't signed up as of yet, but good to know its in June.
