  1. Looking to see why an extra hose was added to the nipple of my upper intake manifold of my 2018 3.5 Titanium. Just purchased the car and the hose is there, but no can. Mechanic sees no reason why it's there or has no idea of why it is there. If you have one, please post pics as all the tubing is there for me to add my own if I so wish. This was an original California car, I though maybe it was an emissions set up of sorts.....
  2. For you guys doing Forscan changes, do you have a spreadsheet somewhere on this site? I am a member on F150forum and we have an EXTENSIVE spreadsheet. Thanks
  3. New member, but not new to Fords or Forums. I just bought the wife a 2018 Titanium with the 3.5 N/A. I was doing a inspection of fluid levels today and stumbled upon this. There was a length of hose added to the nipple on the upper intake manifold, right behind where the throttle body mounts. It loops around over the top of the brake fluid reservoir. The hose also has a t valve that is capped off. I sent a picture to the dealership I bought it from and their mechanics have never seen anything like it. The car did come from California, so I wonder if this had anything to do with making yearly smog testing easier??? I only just saw it because I was checking all fluid levels before a trip and the brake fluid was slightly low. What caught my eye was the use of a standard run of the mill hose clamp, that Ford doesn't use. After looking at pics on the internet, it was determined this hose was added. Anybody know why? Thank you, Jon
