PVD Onyx black chrome $175 ea. I have all 4 wheels almost complete and will wax wheel face tomorrow. Center caps were sent and might be back end of next week so I have to roll for a few days. Black to match the wheels This is what I started with... and a quick photo before cleaning them this afternoon.... PVD Onxy black chrome ( there is black chrome and Onyx - the is Onxy much darker)

I have the 2015 Sport and 20" wheels. I sent them off last week for PVD coating in Onyx black they should be done this Friday 11th got 2 back and painted the silver wheel weights black, also sent the center caps to match wheels but that take 3 full weeks. http://americanpvdcoatings.com/pvd-chrome/

We have had several hot day 88-93 degs and I used the seat AC a couple times. the backs did not fix themselves since my last visit for the TSB seat cooling. I'll have to see if there is a 2016 edge sport and try that seat AC. hope there is new info before the summer hits.

So the Dealership order the rear window valance / wing. They will have to take to a body shop and paint to match. I'm not so sure I want some body shop try to match tri-coat pearl paint. not sure WTF to do now. risk a paint mismatch, or start pealing 3-4 years from now. Really bug me driving in afternoon sun at back of car the window sparkles and looks like its broken....

got my Husky mats today they look great full coverage. Cold day and they need some heat to flatten out Rear cargo mat fit, seem to be good, its a little rolled up from shipping. I have the rear seats on full recline and that make the mat bunch up where it touches

Hopefully will have by Friday "Weatherbeater" Front, Rear and Cargo, Taxed and shipped $280 I liked the coverage of the front drivers, seemed a little better than Weatherbeater now have to put the Ford rubber mats on Craigslist, cash and carry

OK, one entry level tire for $277.45, plus shipping, plus mounting, tax couple 5 years ago I did the tirerack deal, shipping and local mounting. Shops wanted to much money to mount TR stuff. Then when I did pick up a nail had to pay again. Best deal was Costco and OTD price was just under $2000.

I did a laser temp from a BBQ drove the car with both seats full AC. Drivers seat was slightly warmer bc I was sitting on while driving the other was empty. The service writer said they plug in computers and ran the seat AC system seat bottom was 60 drgs, back was 64dgrs. There is NO way the back are cooling. Cant wait until a summer day and everything is 100+ degrees and no cooling for the seat backs Maybe I 'll have to go to a custom shop and see how much to fix FORDS cooling issue. Feeling really discouraged.

another waist of time they say system is normal. I say BS. there is no cooling on the upright portion of seats.

in the afternoon sun is almost seems like the tempered glass is shattered I know the window get dirty but the little fibers sparkle in daylight or nighttime headlights

I scheduled 8AM Monday, hopefully the information continues to get to Ford Service to correct this hot issue

They have a engineer coming in Monday 23 /Tuesday 24 and want to see my car back then. There must be some sort of testing done, manufacturing and QC. maybe the QC person said this will get people hot under the collar with only 1/2 seat working LOL. Met another Edge owner at dealership this morning. She had a RED AWD, Sport and she too said cold bottom and back not working was really poor QC. maybe the person that goofed on theF150 seat and now goofed on the Edge seat will get reassigned.

I know zip about Physics but I think its a low pressure on window and suction off the ground. The new 15 and my 09 Edge have dirty rear windows and clean them every couple days.

its the heat shield. I just look in the bight sunlight and brushed the edges and the sparkling fibers started falling

My local ford got in a Edge sport in Red AWD, no moon roof prod date on invoice was 10/15/15 it was not there last friday.

Dealer ordered new rear valance. Owned the Edge for 31 day and just under 2000 miles. I did not want to drive the next 5 year with this stuff keep falling out. Hopefully its just a couple units shedding fibers. (posted in the cooling seat thread, The TSB did not work to cool the upper back. if anything is more heat and louder motors .)

Got my Edge back from dealer ship 530pm. TSB was a waist of time the back motors get hot the cooling side never cooled I have a spot temp meter, passenger Backs of seat with motors was 91 degs, front side was 74 degs, seats were 67 degs Drives seat where I was sitting was 69 degs, top front was 78, and backs were 91 degs had them both running 15-20 minutes. Back to dealer tomorrow

just dropping the Edge off at Ford the the Cooling seat issue and them to see where the fibers are coming from. ( the little stands are hair like, 1/2" to 1/4" and sparkle in sunlight while looking though back window while driving or sunlight/ flashlight at angle) I've had windows spotless and go for drive, within 15 mins on driving I can see the window sparkle, and some dirt from the road. I thought it was someplace I parked, Nope. Thought it was somewhere I drive, Nope. for a while I had the sunroof in vent mode thought that was pulling stuff out of headliner. I also see the fibers on the exhaust tips. Hopefully the TSB Cooling seats is fixed and I'll shoot a quick pix tomorrow. I asked FORD at the SEMA show. That was a waist of time. Amazed they had 100 ford Employees at the shot and no one could answer my question about the Edge.

Since driving it I get the back window covered in little fiberglass strands all over the back of the vehicle. I've seen a couple 2015 Edge in parking lots other then typical dirty no shinny fiberglass strands. 2000 miles in the past month. Thinking maybe the exhaust packing is blowing out?? When looking for it, it sparkles in sunlight and with a flashlight. anyone else ?
