That is why I got the Limited - couldn't handle the idea of the 22's in the winter - but I need snow capabilities all winter, not just on weekends.

Have you tried going through the re-programming steps to verify that it is set correctly? Mine so far are working great.

It is better than expected. I like it enough for it to grow on me. Still wouldn't pick it over non-wood option, but great for a wood option.

Mine was exactly 2 months - to the day even... the first 4 weeks were ok - but the second month - Glad I didn't get too excited at order at the beginning of the summer

I didn't look real close - but isn't there only one SD card slot? Don't I need to leave the Nav SD card inserted to work or was it a load and remove? Yes, I could go get the book, but if someone knows - I won't start digging in the manual. Also - how do I get my music off my mac on to a SD card without having to buy a card reader? I am thinking Nano... besides - I don't ever really need a reason to buy more apple gear.

Don't get him started on the local car washes. He wants me to stand out in below freezing temps and coin op it. I promise I will have good intentions to do so - but I can almost guarantee that I won't. I would probably just not wash it till I can put the hose back outside... Actually I wouldn't mind any tips. I will try to do the more work stuff next summer as it is too late here to be working on the car much outside and the garage is too small now.

Drive the Alcan and come see me - it is a pretty drive and I am sure much better in the Edge than in the Jeep Wrangler that we did it in. Any coin operated ones that we have here that I know of, are out door and COLD in the winter. In fact we had snow this morning - nothing stuck but definitely snow on the mountains close and won't be long for us here. So sad.

I am just wondering if anyone has done any tests on the distance that you can be from the car and still successfully start it? I am thinking that I will have someone sit at my desk at work and try and start it while I move the car to different locations to determine where I should plan on parking in our parking garage. Getting close to wanting to warm it up before leaving the building at night. Already time to warm it up in the morning, but that is close.

I am wondering about the mirrors - by getting the BLIS, did I give up heated mirrors? Usually there is a little symbol on heated mirrors that aren't on mine because of the BLIS thing. The window sticker mentions both, but was hoping to find out without having to frost up my mirrors first.

Thanks for the instructions - We got ours set easily - we are still resetting it often as we figure out where we really like things.

Part of my reason against a black limited was because of the black bottom not truly matching the black paint. I like my blacks to be the same - But I do love the contrast of the tri-coat white with the black. Or I got the Bordeaux Red and I am really happy with the look of it. I will get pictures up soon.

I was able to play music from my iphone 3gs, but it was so jumpy that I plugged it in and did it USB style. I think I am going to get myself a little nano or something to just leave in the car for basic music needs.

My limited black leather in US has the sienna stitching... I really hadn't thought about them being anything but black but it looks good.

I noticed this yesterday also - very frustrating. I will post if I figure anything else. I was able to shift her seat a bit closer to the door and get to the buckle, but yeah, kind of silly.

No pictures yet - the car is already dusty - looks like it might be a hard color to keep super nice but will be fine with a layer of dust too. So far no complaints on the car - everything is setting up pretty easy (thanks to everyone else figuring it out first). I had to set cruise control because I kept going to fast on the highway, don't really want a ticket on the first full day of owning it. I already know I will feel much better about driving this winter with this car.

Just wanted to say - I rocked my sales guy's mind picking up my beautiful car tonight. You could tell he had tried to cram for test day on the new systems, but as we finished up he asked if there was anything else I wanted to ask. I looked back at him and asked if there was anything else he wanted to ask me. He laughed and admitted that I did know more about the car then he did. I haven't found any thing to complain about yet. But only drove it about 30 minutes then played with some of the systems. Holy Cow, lots to try and figure out. More tomorrow and Pics of course.
