Jenn, you're not far from me, did you get your Edge at Bell Ford? If you did, and are not happy with service their, try Maplecrest over in Union, they are wonderful. I never took it to service I always just called ford sync service and they basically said just to do the master reset but the problem is I lose everything in my address books that's saved in the navi! I don't know much about Buhler's service dept, I would give them a call, see what they have to say, and what they can do for you. I had a LG phone, then got a iphone, no problems with either one of them. Sync'd 1st time, and connects every time.
