modulo Posted September 14, 2012 Report Share Posted September 14, 2012 HI folks, i own a 2008 Ford Edge SEL and i have the rear parking aid installed, I would like to know if it's possible to put the volume of the chime louder so i can hear it as i'm backing up?? akirby Posted September 14, 2012 Report Share Posted September 14, 2012 (edited) Try adjusting the stereo volume while it's sounding off. It may not work but it's worth a try. I remember discussing this and how it may have been different from other vehicles but I don't remember the details. Just try it and see - if that doesn't change it then it probably can't be changed. Wait - when you say you have the rear parking aid installed - you're talking about the factory version, right?
