Make sure to mention your problem as describe in the reason for recall as they mentionned : "... certain vehicule may experience ...." Remember, if you don't have the new A4 Map SD Card, your NAV system will not work with this upgrade. Ford will provide you one for free, ask for it ... :-) ...
