I ran the VHR and when i log on to support.ford.com and click view report it just takes me to the dealer locater page. Am I doing something wrong or is their page wrong? My insurance company, State Farm, offers a discount for safe driving, if they get a copy of the VHR, so also authorize one sent to them. I only get online statements from them, and as I recall, info is on that web site when you sign on to view your account.
