Angelsdust Posted January 2, 2014 Report Share Posted January 2, 2014 Hi I was wondering if anybody replaced their factory speakers yet , what kind you decided to get and how to remove the door panels? Pictures would be helpful . Is the installation pretty much plug and play? I never done this myself so if anybody has information I would greatly appreciate it! akirby Posted January 2, 2014 Report Share Posted January 2, 2014 Do a site search - there are several how-tos. You can't go wrong with Infinity Kappas or Polk Audio. wannabang Posted January 2, 2014 Report Share Posted January 2, 2014 I don't know how often people ride in your back seat, but if it's just you most of the time, I don't think it's worth upgrading the rear. As said, Kappas and Polk are fine. Apline R's are nice, JL Audio is fantastic if you have the cash. Sundown even has a set of fantastic speakers, but they're WAY more than I'd ever pay for components. Installation is easy, and Crutchfield sends vehicle specific instructions and any adapters you'd need. I've done it a few times, a couple Fords, and it was all pretty easy. Best of luck!
