smalsharkawe Posted February 18, 2014 Report Share Posted February 18, 2014 i have my new 2013 EDGE sport and i want to connect to the USB the mobile broadband USB stick but when i plug it and try to install it the SYNC screen still show "no device connected please connect a device" anyone can advice? Hi smalsharkawe, If the system is not recognizing your USB broadband device, then it is likely incompatible with your MyFord Touch. There aren't any current device compatibility charts I can point you to, but your carrier should be able to offer assistance with finding the best device that suits your needs.
