ApexEdge Posted December 30, 2007 Report Share Posted December 30, 2007 Please call this number and complain if you are having issues with your Ipod or Zune with the infamous "USB Disconnected" issue. I have learned that a thumb drive works fine, but my Ipod Nano is a no go. I have also heard of issues with Zune and that is a MS product! "Updates can be downloaded onto a USB storage drive and then installed in your Sync system via your vehicle’s USB port.
