Swagger Posted January 6, 2008 Report Share Posted January 6, 2008 I just purchased an 08 Edge Limited AWD with Nav, Sirius, and Sync. Everything is perfect except for the steering wheel buttons for voice recognition and phone. These two buttons do not work. The media (other half of the voice recognition button) works fine. Is there an option I need to enable in order for these two buttons to work or is there a problem. Hopefully the dealer can fix this if it is indeed a defect. Thanks! You wouldn't want people walking down the street to use a bluetooth headset to start using your phone while it is your pocket. So with bluetooth you have to pair or manually permission the devices. I took mine to the dealer today for just that problem and they told me that there IS an problem. They don't know what it is yet. They told me a couple more day's maybe. I'll let you know.
