solas989 Posted February 28, 2008 Report Share Posted February 28, 2008 Since the Edge does not have any covers on the on the frame to cover the lower engine (I forget now what they are called), how dirty does the engine bay get from dirt kick up? I live in areas of Snow, Salt, Rain, Gravel, Dirt Roads and all other types of dirt and grime. So far (but I only have 1200 miles on it), it is staying clean. My 3 has one and the bay stays pretty clean - for the most part. My Contour before that on the other hand did not so much stay clean.
