998511jg05 Posted June 19, 2019 Report Share Posted June 19, 2019 I have a 2010 Edge SEL 3.5 L Engine with 139000 mileage. I recently changed coils and plugs after blowing #3 cylinder. Oil changes are frequent as scheduled using 5W20 Semi Synthetic. I've noticed a couple recent things. #1 When pressing brake at idle in park I hear hissing noise , and when engaged in gear noise continue without applying brakes. #2 When turn vehicle off , I hear a clunk noise from drivers area,seemingly under car. But when I open hood and have wife turn off car , I don't hear clunk noise , but I hear a puff or gushing air release, seemingly coming from area of upper manifold. Whats going on here?
