ryaneme Posted September 19, 2019 Report Share Posted September 19, 2019 Not sure if this is the right place for this. Just recently bought a 2013 Sport, love it so far. But having a ton of issues with iPhones and the Sync system. I have an iPhone 7, and it will connect just fine, but then everytime i make a call it will freeze and reset the whole system. Other issue is my wifes iPhone will work just fine with everything (calls, audio, etc). EXCEPT Pandora. The system will just consistently skip songs on Pandora. akirby Posted September 19, 2019 Report Share Posted September 19, 2019 Go to owner.ford.com and see if you have any updates for sync 2 (also called MFT). You can download and apply them yourself. Make sure your iphones are up to date on so IOS software. If they're current do a hard reset by holding the power button and the home button for a few seconds.
