I’ve seen a lot of information out there about tuning, and I’m mulling it over since there doesn’t seem to be any other mods out there. I know a fair amount about cars, but I know absolutely nothing about tuning. Aside from the fact that a tune probably voids the factory warranty, what are the pros and cons of doing a tune? How does it work? What do you need to do it? Who has the best tune? A full rundown would be great from anyone willing to give it! TIA! akirby Posted December 27, 2019 Report Share Posted December 27, 2019 It doesn’t void the warranty and it’s only a problem if you destroyed the engine or transmission due to over revving or over torquing neither of which should happen with a reputable tune.
