Adding subwoofer to base model

I have a 2019 Edge SE with the basic 4" sync and no subwoofer (6 speaker system). As I'm deaf, I'd like to add some more bass to the driver's seat area. So I was looking at an under seat subwoofer. How would I go about adding one of these (perhaps a MTX TN8MS) to the stock Sync system? I haven't done any head unit/subwoofers/amps since my 1995 Jeep Cherokee, which was a heck of a lot simpler.
