Cypress Posted March 6, 2009 Report Share Posted March 6, 2009 Here are the facts: 09 Ford Edge w/ Sight & Sound package - approx 900 miles I get in my Edge, I start it up, I turn on the radio, and nothing comes from the woofer at all, no low end anywhere. BUT if I immediately turn my Edge OFF and turn it right back on the sub works! I have taken it to the dealer and all the service guy will say is,"this is a known issue, but our freelance audio tech won't be here until next week, and once he looks at your Edge he has to order a part from Ford which takes 5 - 10 business days."
