Any suggestions on how / where to get them, and the approximate cost? Hey "neighbor"! We are about to import an Edge to Germany this year. As far as I know, our regulations concerning the tail lights are about the same (yellow turn signals plus rear fog light). This will be accomplished by using a yellow bulb in the factory spot for the reverse lights and rewiring it. The fog and reverse lights will be additional lights in or under the bumper.
