Stepping out of a 2006 LTD Escape. NOW !..The wait. Dealer told me 6 weeks, and I wonder how accurate this will be ? I love it and you are going to love yours too! Can't tell you about the wait though. I ordered mine in June long before production so I knew it would be awhile. I live close to the Ford Plant in Oakville where they are made but it doesn't make them appear any quicker :-(. The wait was so worth it though! Thinking of trading in my '06 Explorer Limited, that has every available option, except rear A/C. It is a V8, and 7 passenger, with nav, DVD, the works. It stickered back then for $42,995 ! Curious what they will give on a trade. KBB apraises it for around 18 or 19 K, and it is in exceptional condition, with 47 K on it. Just getting the bug for new wheels, either an Edge or MKX. If I can't get a decent trade, I'll, keep it through the winter, or until some great incentives come out.
