nsap Posted May 11, 2007 Report Share Posted May 11, 2007 From what I've read on here I'm not the only one that is confused about the navigation system in the MKX. The help menu has a list of voice activation commands, but there is no apparent way to use them. Anyway, I have my service manager looking into this. He showed me several pages of correspondence he has exchanged with Ford people (some manager, and an engineer) about it. He seems to think that Ford will issue a software update for it so we can either use it or get rid of the menu for it. I'll keep you all posted if I hear anymore.
