kostek Posted November 2, 2010 Report Share Posted November 2, 2010 (edited) Ford is unable to clear DEMO phone # from my SYNC TDI...Unable to use SYNC SERVICES....has anyone had the same issues with sync....could I upgrade to full navigation and replace sync unit? AFTER 4 TRIPS TO FORD THEY STILL HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO DOWNLOAD NEW SOFTWARE. THEY TELL ME THE MAIN FRAME KEEPS CRASHING IDURING THE NEW SOFTWARE LOAD...WILL BE BACK AGAIN FOR MY 5th VISIT. From what I have read here and on other Forums I don't think you can upgrade to the Navigation system if it did not come from the factory with it.. Ask the dealer and see what he says.
