ErnDog Posted December 29, 2010 Report Share Posted December 29, 2010 (edited) Hi !! Long time Ford Owner 1st time Edge buyer I just bought a 2011 Edge SE yesterday 12-28-10 and it is AWESOME!!!!! I have always owned trucks so this is my 1st car/suv/crossover type automobile and it is AWESOME!!! So now to my question I noticed there are 2 Vent type deals in the front bumper just in front of the wheels BUT they have plastic inserts in them so NO air passes through i was wondering if there are lights i could put in there? It looks like some of the UPPER models have lights in the pictures i have seen ( please see my attached pics ) and if they are what are these lights called so i can ask for them properly. phlatlander Posted December 30, 2010 Report Share Posted December 30, 2010 The Limited and Sport models have vertical LED lights installed in that position on the bumpers. They are quite useless for road illumination but make your car easy to spot in a parking lot at night. I don't really need them as we opted for the HIDs in our '11 Limited.
