JD11 Posted February 18, 2011 Report Share Posted February 18, 2011 All my lights work except the rear running and tail lights on my 08 edge ltd with tow package. I've checked the brake switch thingy under the dash n it's fine. Tried new bulbs. No luck. Checked a bunch of fuses under the dash but all seemed fine. Tried fiddling around with wires at the tail lights but to no avail. Does anyone know what might be wrong? Edgieguy Posted February 19, 2011 Report Share Posted February 19, 2011 You have a short in the wiring for your trailer lighting. Had the same problem on my 2008. It would blow fuses immediately. JD11 Posted February 19, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 19, 2011 thanks. yeah i took it to the local canadian tire...hate going there but only thing open late friday nights. anyways they fixed the problem. was either a fuse or relay or something, cant remember exactly, but they told me i might have a short that caused it to blow. its all working now. if it happens again then i'll have to get some wiring replaced Thanks for the info tho Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
