Tulsa Posted December 27, 2011 Report Share Posted December 27, 2011 The last GMC pickup I had was 3 speed on the column, bought it new in 1980. About a year later I got my first company car. A 79 Ford Granada. While the gears in the pickup would stick on occasion and I'd have to get under the hood at stop lights and unstick them, I still think it was better than that Granada.
