tmbubell Posted March 5, 2012 Report Share Posted March 5, 2012 I have a 2011 Ford Edge Sport with the Navigation I was having problems with MFT 2.11 ( Instead of getting the Ford logo at start up I was getting the main menu screen? followed by lock up) and the dealer did a master reset and all my Nav Favourites are now gone. Is there a way I should be backing these up or saving them somehow so I can recover the info after a Master Reset.
