Any doubts I might've had about the general suckiness of the Pirellis went away when I put these on. They're cheaper, quieter, have better traction, and have better ride quality in general.

I couldn't be happier. Everyone go buy these immediately.

Buy what exactly? I can assume they are not Pirelli's but not sure what they are.

Andy, I had Proxies on my FX35 and hated them. They were noisy and not very good in wet weather. I hope they've improved them since then. What I did like about them is that the lip of the tire protruded from the rim which protected them. They looked amazing, but the actually performance of them was a letdown for me.

Tire rack doesn't have the size in 20"--- However, they'd have to go some to improve my experience with the OE Pirellis---

That's odd. Which Proxes did you have? I've had two sets of Proxes STs, a set of Proxes 1s, and a set of Proxes 4s. I haven't had these ST IIs before, but everything I've heard is amazing. I've got 500 miles or 45 days to see if I like 'em for free, so I'll test them thoroughly.

I think they were ST's. I got them about 6 years ago so I don't remember exactly. They did do very well on dry pavement if you were pushing them through an onramp or something. I just found a lot of tire noise from them when driving.

That's so funny I was considering getting those Toyo's, now I just have to wait and see how to like them. Did you get them with the same speed rating?
