revo1059
Hit a curb during a snowstorm. Dealer quoted me a new rim, trailing arm, wheel bearing and alignment. $1300. Seems really high. Except for the alignment how much can I get those parts for (I can probably do the install myself).
JOEHIO
Wheels alone, do not come cheap, so that quote might not be that bad. Did you consider putting this through your insurance? If you want to try and save a few bucks, you might try checking online (ie Ebay, Craigslist, etc) for a used rim ( wheel ). Joe I thought about it, but since it would be classified as an accident, I really didn't want to. Really don't want my rates to go up.
