I looked at a lot of youtube videos with the dealer walkaround showings of the 2016 Edges and every time they would demo the seat folding feature the same issue would show up.

I don't understand the logic of Ford saying that it's designed to function this way but mine does the same thing.

I have a 2016 SEL and the cargo light works. I can't imagine a lens with no light. Maybe the switch that triggers the light isn't functioning. Maybe a fuse.

I have to agree with jlineman. As much as I like everything else about this vehicle the ride is quite harsh. Excessive road noise also seems to be an issue. Not complaining, just stating my feelings. This is my wifes ride. I drive a Chevy Trailblazer short wheel base and the ride is much smoother and more quiet. She loves everything about the Edge so I guess that's all that matters.

I have the same tires on my 09 and have wondered the same thing. Lots of road noise.

The wifes Edge and my Chevy Trailblazer both do the same thing.

Remove the trim panel for the fuse box and look way in there and you will see a white sticker with a series of five numbers. Thats your code.

Would you have the fuse panel trim cover that goes down near the hood release lever? Either charcoal or black. Thanks......
