Hi There, You mentioned that you installed some 9005 versions of these bulbs. I purchased a set myself but I noticed that in the socket of these bulbs are two plastic "key" like slots. Do you files these down to fit the headlights wiring plug? Didn't want to force these bulbs in if they don't fit the "key". The factory plugs have one plastic slot in the plug. Any suggestions? Dd.

Yes, I did tap into slot 90. Even when I took the fuse out, they were still on but very dim. I emailed Dan at DTBL with the issues so lets see what he comes up with. Oh, I forgot to mention also that the turn signals in the EDGE-2 seem to both blink at the same time even if I'm just doing a left or a right turn. They also blink with a very low dim. Hopefully with everyones help I can get these lights working good! Damon

Hi All, Just installed my EDGE-2 DRL last night. Have a lot if issues. Don't quite know what I did wrong but it seems that the DRLs are on FULL when I shut my Edge off!! When I turn the car on they seem to be really dim and no difference in brightness turning the headlights on or off. Just really dim. And like I said, when I turn the car off, the DRLs stay on and in FULL brightness mode. I followed the instructions to the letter, I think! No issues with the install except that I was missing page 4 of the instructions but I got the last part from the install video. I did have an issue with the fuse not fitting or being really tight for the fuse adapter part but it did go in. I really like these lights and I really wish somebody has some thoughts or help for me to work these issues out. Many thanks!! Damon

I've got a 2011 Sport with 63K miles on it. No problems as of yet. I do 100+ miles a day to work. All highway and I'm pulling in the 23mpg average. I can go from Monday to Thursday on one tank of fuel. One full tank will get me 425 miles average. My Sport is going in the shop this weekend for new tires. First set is just about had it. Been very happy with my Edge so far! Will be keeping it until it dies! Damon

Hi there. Haven't had issues with my auto climate control. Working fine on my '11 sport. AC going on and off to maintain temp. My auto feature turns off if I touch any of the climate controls like fan speed, temp or a/c. Which I'm thinking that is the way its suppose to work. Hope you figure out your issues. Hi All, Same here. I started off my Edge Sport with v2.8 MFT. No issues with system re-boots or clock/calender issues to report on. I do have an hour drive to work each way an all has been working fine; a bit sluggish sometimes; but fine! Damon

Been driving mine for about 4 days and I just love it! I have a check list things to look for but so far experienced none of the problems other member have had. Have gen2.8 MFT and although there is a small amount of lag in the system, all seems to be working fine for me. I do have to take into account that I went from a 2002 GMC envoy with 267,000 miles to this new truck so things were a bit different back then. I'll keep the group posted if and/or when I start to experience some issues! (knock on wood)!! Damon

Hey there, I'm using my i-pod touch 4th gen with the usb from apple (which came with the ipod; aka pigtail) no problems with sync. It did take a bit of time to index but I think its because I have about 3800 tracks on my ipod! I'm running the latest 2.8 2ndgen software for MFT DD

Hi all! Happy Easter and Passover to all. Got my Edge Sport this past friday. Very impressed with the quailty of the ride. Did a few minor mods these past few days. Gorrila black wheel locks and MPG caliper covers just to start. I have Gen2.8 MFT and all seems good. Just a bit of lag here and there but don't seem to have issues as of yet. Will keep an eye on it.
