Edge-ethusiast, the plug configuration I show in the video is a bit unclear. let me see if I can clarify it a bit better for you. My LED tail lights are polarity sensitive. Meaning, that if you plug the taillight wire harness into the stock bulb socket in the wrong way the LED tail lights will not work. I'm trying to describe that the black wire from the LED tail lights plug in the black wire from the OEM wire harness Bulb socket needs to be on the same side of the connection.

I am so glad you like your new LED taillights and thanks for the nice write up. I'm sure you'll agree that photos don't do lights justice. I remember seeing the first preproduction sample on my EDGE for the first time, just blew me away. There is just no way to capture it with a camera.

With the 3D floating LED ribbon parking light having a totally uniform amount of light running along its length, it is difficult to see it. It doesn't have the bright "hot spots" that most other LED taillights have. But as you found, when it gets a lite dark outside, the ribbon is incredibly noticeable. Don't you agree?

I have actually been shipping 50W reverse lamp LED with my LED packs. My supplier had run out of 25W bulbs, so he sent me this 50s at no extra charge. The 25W LED are still significantly brighter than the stock bulbs.

I can't thank you enough for helping me work through adapting our LED tail to the 2008-2010 Edge. I knew you would really like the performance of the new LED tail. The look is so different and unique from anything Ford has made and brings the style up to the level of the more upscale car brands.

Hey Subzero, I know this thread is almost a year old, but wanted to post about our new Ford Edge specific LED tail light replacement assembly and optional LED packs. The new LED tail lights are a plug and play direct replacement unit. Simply pull out your stock tail light, unplug stock tail light wire harnes & sockets and plug them into my new LED tails. Takes less than 15 minutes to install both lights. We also offer optional LED packs that include high power 50 watt LED turn signal replacement bulbs for the front turn signals.

Very Nice! I wish the '11 & + tail lights were led. I really like the C shape but would be better if it were brighter.

Your bulbs are now seated correctly, but the RH bulb needs to be rotated at least a quarter turn to eliminate the return wire shadow you're seeing. The return wire running along the side of the HID bulb must be pointing to the lower half of the headlight so the shadow does not appear when the low beams are on. (light is reflected like a mirror In relation to the bulb)

Yep, same interior lamps as the current gen Edge. My interior LED bulbs that come with the DOME-PAK work great. I have tested dozens of different styles and manufacturers and the ones I use in my opinion perform the best in the EDGE. Great brightness and color, but more importantly a nice wide and uniform beam spread. Almost as if you Have fluorescent shop light in your car. No hot spots.

That's the exact same dome as my custom 48 LED Dome light. The DOME-PAK also comes with LED's that replace the two front map lights and one rear cargo lamp.
