Dells multi color laptop selection is one of the few things keeping them afloat right now. People buy them just because they'd have a pink or red or whatever color laptop to spite them being such a shitty brand compared to almost all of their competitors.

So is mine? Dunno what that means.... I'm not saying change the name or logo, just the color.

If you're ordering an entire vehicle, and they produce the entire car, the emblem wouldn't be that big of a stretch... They're already painting it blue.... Why not another color? People do it/try to do it constantly. It'd be a very popular option. If they charge $50 to paint it, and if 20 million people get that option per year that's a billion dollars a year just in emblem colors

Yeah I sen yours, looks great. I still don't understand why ford doesn't offer color matching emblems.... Would be great. They could even charge $50 or something and make a ton on it. Oh wellz

Yeah, there is nothing gray on the outside of the car, or even carbon fiber for that matter, so it would have looked stupid. Plus... The picture does it a lotttt of justice. If it looked as good in person as it did on the picture, I'd consider using them lol. Thanks, I like them, I've been wanting them a long time... The blue on a red truck just makes it lose style points big time. And yes, very easy. I had to unpeal a few times to get it centered perfect, getting it to fit perfect was the toughest part. Very, very easy though. Now to do the chrome strip at the top of the grill in my 3M Vinyl =D

I got carbon fiber emblem gel overlays... (Below) Thought they were cool online, order them, got them, didn't like them, returned them. The ones I wanted finally came in and I am thrilled.

I just wanted to say... I left my Sport at the dealer for service a few days ago and I miss it so much =( Riding around in their stupid Ford Fusion....

Very nice! I didn't get a response from them yet but since I apparently have to go with an overlay no matter what, I went with DNB Graphics. I made an impulse buy and they had a carbon fiber design with red ford letter... I got them Thursday... Stared at them... Then sent them back for the plain black with red lettering... I didn like the carbon fiber background because it would look stupid, nothing carbon fiber or gray on my truck.. They have gel overlays though, very nice. Can't wait for my new ones to come in. I have a pic of the ones I returned but I'm on my phone typing this now so I can't post them yet

Trust me, I agree. I've spent days, maybe even weeks worth of hours sitting there and staring at the front end of the truck, looking for any angle that it would look right... And I haven't come up with anything yet. That's why I was hoping maybe someone else has done it and maybe had an idea that I didn't see. I live in New York but my parents and a friend of mine have summer homes in PA, so I drive up there fairly often and the truck doesn't always offer a great amount of light when it is muggy and foggy out, so I was hoping to install round (white) color fog lights.... But just don't know how to do it, and if I can't come up with something that looks good, I'm just not going to do it at all. No sense in ruining the car. Plus if I could (or someone else already has) come up with a good idea for placement, it would look pretty bad ass.

Hi all! :wub2: Okay so I want to install fog lights on my 12' Edge Sport. Actual fog lights. Those strips at the bottom bumper (to spite popular belif) are not fog lights, they are just LED strips. Now, my question is, has anyone installed fog lights on their Edge? I'd like to see pictures so I could have placement ideas. My dad had a 95 Mustang and he put his fog lights in the grille on the left and right side of the Mustang Horse Emblem. So I'm looking to see where a good spot would be to add a hole for fog lights. It's tough on a body style like the edge. So, has anyone done this and have pics??

Any kind of power you add to your car you need to tune the car to get that power to run through correctly, especially with a V6. V6's aren't going to give you much off the line in general, so without a tune, you're not going to see a good response.

I just called in about that and now they need to take a picture of it and send it to Ford for approval... Any reason I may not get approved?

Well at first I wanted a direct link to a HID kit that would fit the Ford Edge, and info for what I'd need to get a bright (not TOO bright) white look, no blue. But after surfing this forum (after I posted this) I found someone with a very nice halo headlights with a red trim on the inside, perfect for my car, so now I want those haha. But I am still awaiting an answer from the user on info on where to get them and if they come with HID's.

Do you think that would be a tough job to do? I mean, the lighting source should be right behind the center console, no? I think it would look a lot better with the interior lighting red matching the actual button lighting.
