I for the life of me can't find the file. So I don't think its the google skills.

That file says its not compatible with my system. I have a 2011 sport. Ford chat last week said the file should contain this EA5T-14D544-BA in it. It's crazy that ford can't send you direct links or the website work correctly. Any help would be great. Thanks again.

When I go to the site it says that I have the newest version but I know I don't. Do you have the file itself that you can send me? That's how I got the last update.

I need help with this issue. Mine has stopped working all together. I have a 2011 edge sport with push button. I’ve replace both batteries in the fobs but no luck. I have to enter my door unlock code to get into my car then put the fob in the console slot to start it. Any help with this would be great.

I just had this issue. I replaced the plugs and coils and that fixed it.

My 2011 sport started the same issue saying camera unavailable check dealership today. Luvford did you ever find a fix for this? I have the latest version of sync and tried pulling the fuse as well. Let me know please.

I go to syncmyride.com to try and download but it says I'm up to date with 3.5. It does not give me the option.

My edge is pulling left. I have had it in the shop 2 times and both times they did an alignment and said it was fixed but its not. I have to keep steady pressure on the wheel which you shouldn't have to. I told him about the fix that I read about in this topic page posted by edgieguy and they said they would look at it. Anything else I can do?
