Far as I know there isn't anything. It's definitely agonizing trying to get every last streak and swirl out sometimes though given its size. I actually use an elastic-edged terry cloth wrapped around the end of a Swiffer sweeper to make the reach a little easier.

Like I mentioned, I got over 60K out of mine, but they were absolutely done at that point. The regular rotations and meticulous tire inflation seemed to pay off. If the previous owner didn't do either of those it probably cut down on the life of them significantly.

I managed over 60K out of the Pirelli Scorpions on my 2011 Edge Sport before they were done. Regularly rotated with every oil change and routinely checked tire pressure. I was also a little concerned about what kind of wear I would get on these tires, given their size and the way I typically drive. Pleasantly surprised all around.
